An electrochemical sensor for detection of vanillin in food samples using CuFe2O4 nanoparticles/ionic liquids modified carbon paste electrode

چکیده

A highly selective electrochemical sensor modified with CuFe2O4 nanoparticles and the ionic liquid was constructed for detection of vanillin. The could recognize vanillin from its analogs possible coexistent substances. response peak current concen­tration showed a good linear relationship in range 0.01 - 300.0 μM, sensitivity 0.0923 μA μM-1. limit 0.008 μM (S/N = 3). Besides, reproducibility stability measurements were also evaluated. It applied to determination real samples satisfactory results.
